Photographs
Photos can either be a ceramic (most popular) or blasted into the
granite.
Photoceramics are photos that are fired onto porcelain. With modern
technology it is possible to do a number of things to help create
a ceramic photograph. If the best photograph you have has the person
in a group of people they can be extracted from the group and a new
background can be provided. If the image is to be of two people they
do not need to be together in the original photograph. If the photograph
is black and white, it can be coloured. There are a variety of sizes
and shapes available all with a lifetime guarantee against fading.
Price depends on size, but starts from $250.00

Photos that are blasted into the granite, are call Rayzist Photomasks.
The photo is transferred into thousands of small dots on a mask,
which is then sandblasted and painted. Whilst the blasted area will
always remain on the granite, the photo will fade with the paint
fading over time. However, they can be renovated. Rayzist photos
look best on Black Granite, as it offers the most even colour for
the background. Costs of these photos vary depending on size, but
start from $310.00
