At Monumental Services, we can carry out grave renovations for
you.
Examples of the services we offer are:
STANDARD RENOVATION:
Involves water blasting the headstone and
base to remove lichen and dirt that has built up, removal of remaining
paint from lettering, and finally relettering the memorial. The cost
for this is $140.00 for Silver or White lettering - Gold lettering
- we will inspect and quote for you. Below is a great example of
this process:
LARGE RENOVATIONS:
The same process as above applies to the renovation
of an memorial and an overtop/s. The overtop is fully water blasted,
and the memorial renovated. The price for this depends on a few variables,
but for a single overtop and memorial - cost is around $230,00 for
a double overtop, around $330.00. Photo is of a double overtop with

GRAVE CONVERSIONS:
Sometimes old overtops can get past the point
of no repair, and the only option is to remove the overtop, reset
the memorial/s and convert the area back to lawn. The price for this
varies with each job. We will inspect the job and get a full quote
to you. Below is an example of this type of work:
MARBLE MEMORIALS:
Marble memorials overtime become become very
discoloured with dirt, pollution and lichen. However, these come
up beautifully after we renovate them. Each job is quoted for, as
prices depend on the size and style of the memorial.
